Full Management
Fee of 10% (plus Vat) of the monthly rental, payable monthly.
+ Letting Fee of £250 (plus Vat) to cover advertising and set-up costs + Tenants Referencing £30 per tenant.
Management includes: Advertising, Tenant Vettings, Lease Preparation and Signing, Inventory, Rent Collection, Deposit Scheme Administration, Periodic Inspections / Reports, Maintenance, Tenant move in and move out, Administration.
Owner Managed Option
Fee of £350 (plus Vat.) paid in advance of advertising plus Tenants Referencing £30 per tenant.
This fee includes collection of deposit, first months rent, lease preparation and signing.
Let / Advertising Only Option
Fee of £150 (plus Vat.) paid in advance of advertising.
