We have no upfront charges for our full management service and would not expect you to part with any money until your tenant has paid their first month’s rent. There are no hidden costs and no added administration fees just the genuine desire to let your property to the right tenant, at the right price, as quickly as possible for as long as possible.
White Lettings understands that every client is as individual as their property and so we offer services ranging from full management to let only. Our regular property inspections ensure you have peace of mind. We will arrange all maintenance work which will be carried out to a very high standard.
